Qualified processing engineers and a well-adjusted team of galvanizing specialists ensure
minimal reaction times to inquiries as well as prompt sampling.
We currently employ a staff of 50 and use a wide range of ultra-modern finishing techniques.
The 20 electroplating installations at our plant enable us to process almost any size of order
and make production capacities available which permit even the tightest deadlines.
Our plant is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 14001.
Alloys and hard material coatings that meet the most exacting demands
Our zinc-iron and zinc-nickel alloys are suitable for use on steel parts of all kinds. The corrosion stability conforms to DIN 50018 and DIN EN ISO 9227 (DIN 50021). Zinc-iron coatings from Gebr. Becker meet the stringent requirements of the automotive industry and are generally black- chromized. Our zinc-nickel coatings can be black, transparent (silver) or yellow chromized. Our range of hard material coatings we supply will be supplemented in the near future by further state-of-the-art technology: PVD. This process entails bombarding the raw material with ions under vacuum conditions, achieving harder coatings and lasting resistance properties. PVD is ideal for decorative and technical coatings (e.g. bathroom fittings and tools).
